- Voucher Validity Period: Christmas Market vouchers are valid from the Market’s official opening date (November 19) through December 23 inclusive.
- Late Check-out: Late check-out is offered subject to availability and must be confirmed with the front desk on the day of departure.
- All-Inclusive Package Format: This package is offered as a fixed promotional bundle. Inclusions (vouchers, drinks, late check-out) are non-separable and cannot be modified, exchanged, refunded, or partially credited if unused.
- External Events: Hôtel Sainte-Anne is not responsible for temporary or exceptional closures of the Christmas Market due to weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control.
